2009 Scotty Cameron ICC Ticket Sale Info

As stated in a previous post, the dates for the 2009 Scotty Cameron International Collectors Convention will be Thursday August 13th & Friday August 14th.

Each ticket will be $150 and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Only 160 tickets will be available. This ticket grants you access to all the events during the Convention, including the Meet & Greet, the golf outing and the closing dinner.

Ticket sales will begin on Thursday, March 12th at 1 PM Eastern Time. The tickets will be available at www.tablerock.com right on the home page screen.

The billing information provided will be the information used for the attendee. EACH PARTICIPANT WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE A MAXIMUM OF TWO TICKETS. If you purchase more than two tickets, your order will be voided. If you are purchasing two tickets, you must list the other participant's name, address, phone number and email address in the 'Notes' section during checkout. If two tickets are purchased and no information is provided for the second attendee, the second ticket will be voided and made available for sale again. Exchanging and selling of tickets is prohibited.

If the participant does not plan on attending every event (for example, if someone chooses to not play in the golf outing), they will still be required to purchase a full price ticket at $150. Please clarify this in the 'Notes' section during checkout.

While reserving your ticket, you will have the option to purchase a Scotty Cameron International Collectors Convention Headcover for $75. There will only be 160 of these headcovers produced. The only way to guarantee one is to reserve it while signing up. You will receive this headcover when you check in at the Convention. In the event that some headcovers are not
claimed, they will be available for sale at the Convention.

Refund Policy: cancellations prior to June 30th will receive a full refund; cancellations between July 1st and July 31st will receive a 50% refund ($75); cancellations after August 1st will not receive a refund. If you opted to purchase a headcover, you will receive a full refund for it, regardless of when you cancel. Due to the limited quantity, you will not have the option of keeping the headcover once you cancel your reservation. The only way to get a headcover is to be there in person to pick it up.

After your ticket is purchased, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will provide a direct link to book rooms at the Double Tree under the special Convention rate and a tentative itinerary for the Convention will also be in the email.
