Charitee Golf

We are proud to announce our partnership with the hole in one contest Charitee Golf. This is a fun opportunity for golfers because you can’t lose. It costs $3 and not only do you automatically get a free drink after your round, but it also helps benefit a good cause. If you get a Hole in One on Hole #5, you get $1,000 and if your shot is within the flagstick, you win a $20 gift certificate valid for merchandise in the pro shop. 2010 ICC Registration Info

Table Rock is proud to again be hosting the Scotty Cameron International Collectors Convention. The dates for the 2010 event will be Thursday August 12th & Friday August 13th.

Admission will be $160 per person and will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Only 150 spots will be available. The admission price grants you access to all the events during the Convention, including the Meet & Greet, the golf outing and the closing dinner. You will not receive a physical ticket, but a confirmation of your reservation.

Sales will begin on Thursday, April 29th at 1 PM Eastern Time. The tickets will be available at www.tablerock.com on the home page. You can only sign up via the website. Phone registrations will not be accepted.


We are using new registration software this year, so things will be a little different than in years past. Please read the following information carefully.


The biggest change is that you will only be able to register one person at a time. Because of the large demand of this event, limiting the registration to one person at a time makes data collection much easier to handle and streamlines the process. If you are responsible for signing up yourself and another person, this can be accomplished by beginning the registration process over again after you already have yourself signed up. If a participant does not plan on attending every event (for example, if someone chooses to not play in the golf outing), they will still be required to pay the full admission price.


No one will have existing login information as this is new software, so be sure to create a new account. Make sure to fill out every category that is marked with a red star, otherwise your registration will not be accepted. Also be prepared to answer some questions during registration that were generally asked closer to the event (meal preference and playing partner requests are a few big ones, but your handicap will not be requested yet).

While reserving your admission, you will have the option to purchase a Scotty Cameron International Collectors Convention Headcover for $75. There will only be 150 of these headcovers produced. The only way to guarantee one is to reserve and pay for it while signing up. You will receive this headcover when you check in at the Convention. In the event that some headcovers are not claimed, they will be available for sale at the Convention.

Refund Policy: cancellations prior to June 30th will receive a full refund; cancellations between July 1st and July 31st will receive a 50% refund ($75); cancellations after August 1st will not receive a refund. If you opted to purchase a headcover, you will receive a full refund for it, regardless of when you cancel. Due to the limited quantity, you will not have the option of keeping the headcover once you cancel your reservation. The only way to get a headcover is to be there in person to pick it up.

In the event that the Convention sells out, there will be a waiting list. You will fill out all of the information needed to attend the event and if a spot opens up for you, you will automatically get a spot in the event and will be notified accordingly. In years past, the waiting list has become very lengthy. Even with the lengthy list, everyone who has wanted to attend has been able to. Hopefully this holds true for 2010.

After completion of the questionnaire and registration information, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will provide a direct link to book rooms at the Double Tree under the special Convention rate.
